Tom Jones New York reviews
Jill Scott and Maxwell were great!!
"I expected this to be an amazing concert ...and it was. Both performers put on outstanding shows and are at the top of their game. Both of them have such a vast collection of great songs to choose from. Both were sexy as hell! Jill brought some grown woman earthiness to her performance, and Tom Jones moves like a panther. My only criticism is that the sound quality in the Staples Center was so poor! For performers like Maxwell and Jill, you want to hear every word, and both had fairly muddy vocals. That was a big disappointment, especially for such expensive tickets."
